The Pulse pop-up impact sprinkler is engineered to handle the demands of high-mineral content, dirty, and reclaimed water without clogging. Its double-weighted impact arm ensures reliable operation even under high pressure, making it ideal for landscape areas requiring a throw distance of up to 35 feet between sprinkler heads. The adjustable arc, ranging from 20 to 360 degrees, allows you to aim the water precisely onto the landscape while avoiding hardscape surfaces. The 3-inch pop-up height ensures the nozzle clears tall grass, and the pre-installed 3 gallon per minute (GPM) nozzle delivers a full-pattern precipitation rate of 0.18 inches per hour at 40-foot square spacing at 40 PSI, reducing the risk of runoff or puddling for many soil types and conditions.

The Pulse impact sprinkler features a radius adjustment screw that allows you to reduce the impact throw down to 75 percent of its rated distance, providing you with greater control over the coverage area. The can and riser stem are made from high impact ABS, while the metal components are constructed from stainless steel, ensuring durability and long-lasting performance. The arc adjustment stops make setting the pattern simple and tool-free, and you can create a full pattern by simply flipping up the trip pin.

Both the side inlet and bottom inlet are 1/2-inch female pipe thread (FPT), and a slotted plug seals whichever inlet is not in use. The typical installation method involves a 1/2-inch male pipe thread (MPT) riser into the bottom inlet or a 1/2" swing pipe fitting into the side inlet. The Pulse is designed as a universal replacement for old, failing, or inefficient impact sprinkler heads, and it is compatible with all major brands.

Recommended operating pressure for the Pulse impact sprinkler is 40 PSI, and it is suitable for outdoor irrigation use with cold water only. The sprinkler is designed to operate between 20-80 psi, ensuring great spray coverage even in low pressure situations. The fully adjustable spray pattern, with both full and part circle options, allows you to choose the right unit for your specific application, regardless of the landscape requirements.
